SpinupWP RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Developers) is the working title for a group of web developers who host their client sites using SpinupWP. The idea for the group came from Nic Scott’s post on the SpinupWP Community where he asked, “Any 1-man shops need backup? I’m a 1-man shop that should have backup…”
The purpose of SpinupWP RAID is to facilitate working relationships between small groups of developers called “pods” whereby those developers can provide backup to one another. Should anything happen to a member of a pod, the other members of the pod are able to step in and work with that pod member’s clients to provide either temporary help or a smooth transition of web hosting services.
