Wenmark Digital Solutions LLC (“Wenmark”, “we” or “us”) is a web design and consulting firm specializing in website creation, online marketing, web hosting, and digital asset creation for print, video, and screen. We work with our clients to deliver bespoke designs, campaigns, and consulting tailored to their individual needs.

Customer Service

All Wenmark customers may utilize the Basecamp project we setup for the management of your project(s). Use “Pings” or “Messages” in your Basecamp to quickly send us a message. If you don’t have access to a Basecamp project we’ve setup for you, you may email us at contact_at_wenmarkdigital.com.

Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds upon request up to 30 days after the payment of any invoice. If you are unsatisfied with our services or deliverables, please contact us within this timeframe to discuss the refund process.

Delivery Policy

As a provider of digital services, our deliverables, including websites, web applications, and digital design files, are provided either via online hosting platforms or as downloadable files, depending on the nature of the service. The timeline for delivery varies based on the scope of each project, and specific delivery dates will be agreed upon in your project contract.

Return Policy

Due to the customized and bespoke nature of the digital assets we create, including websites, web applications, and other digital files, we do not offer returns. Each project is tailored specifically to meet the needs of our clients, and therefore, all sales are final once the deliverables have been accepted.

Cancellation Policy

For ongoing services such as web hosting or monthly consulting retainers, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ notice via email. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth transition or termination of services.

Security

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. When accepting payment via credit card, we ensure compliance with PCI standards by not storing any of your payment information. All of our payment forms utilize HTTPS to ensure your data is transmitted security from our website to our payment processor. During transmission, we do not store your data, and your payment information is tokenized at our payment processor such that it is stored by them in an encrypted format.

With regards to online account credentials like logins to domain registrations, hosting platforms, and other third-party services, all of our staff utilizes password managers to ensure that our account profiles utilize unique, hard-to-remember passwords.
